Crazy Uncle Jester's^® BBQ Onion Chip Dip™

16 Oz. sour cream

2 Tbsp. Crazy Uncle Jester's Wholly Smoking Jolokia
1 medium yellow onion, finely minced
2 beef bouillion cubes, crushed

Combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate four hours.

Serve with kettle chips, veggies, tacos, burritos, or on a steaming baked potato.
