Crazy Uncle Jester's® Belly Fire Pulled Pork™ (2009 Scovie Award Winner)
3 - 4 Lb Pork Roast
32 Fl. Oz. apple juice
16 Fl. Oz. Crazy Uncle Jester's® Brush Fire BBQ™
12 Fl. Oz. cola
8 Fl. Oz. Crazy Uncle Jester's® Inferno Jelly™
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. seasoned salt
garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste
Place pork loin in crockpot and sprinkle with 1/2 of seasoned salt. Pour cola and apple juice into bottom of crockpot. Cook on high setting for 8 hours or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 180 degrees F.
Remove pork loin from crockpot, rinse, and remove fat. Rinse crockpot. Return meat to crockpot and set to low temperature. Shred meat with forks. To crockpot, add brown sugar, remaining seasoned salt, Inferno Jelly™ and Brush Fire BBQ™. Mix well. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
Serve with steamed vegetables and creamy cole slaw.
