Crazy Uncle Jester's®  Belly Fire Pulled Pork™ (2009 Scovie Award Winner)


3 - 4 Lb Pork Roast
32 Fl. Oz. apple juice
16 Fl. Oz. Crazy Uncle Jester's® Brush Fire BBQ™
12 Fl. Oz. cola
8 Fl. Oz. Crazy Uncle Jester's® Inferno Jelly™
2 Tbsp. Crazy Uncle Jester's® Wholly Smokes! Ghost Pepper Dry Rub

Place pork loin in crockpot and sprinkle with 1/2 of Wholly Smokes!. Pour cola and apple juice into bottom of crockpot. Cook on high setting for 8 hours or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F or more.

Remove pork loin from crockpot, rinse, and remove fat. Rinse crockpot. Return meat to crockpot and set to low temperature. Shred meat with forks. To crockpot, add remaining Wholly Smokes!, Inferno Jelly™ and Brush Fire BBQ™. Mix well. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.

Serve with steamed vegetables and Jamaica Me Crazy Slaw.
