Crazy Uncle Jester's® Belly Fire Pulled Pork™ (2009 Scovie Award Winner)
3 - 4 Lb Pork Roast
32 Fl. Oz. apple juice
16 Fl. Oz. Crazy Uncle Jester's® Brush Fire BBQ™
12 Fl. Oz. cola
8 Fl. Oz. Crazy Uncle Jester's® Inferno Jelly™
Place pork loin in crockpot and sprinkle with 1/2 of Wholly Smokes!™. Pour cola and apple juice into bottom of crockpot. Cook on high setting for 8 hours or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F or more.
Remove pork loin from crockpot, rinse, and remove fat. Rinse crockpot. Return meat to crockpot and set to low temperature. Shred meat with forks. To crockpot, add remaining Wholly Smokes!™, Inferno Jelly™ and Brush Fire BBQ™. Mix well. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
Serve with steamed vegetables and Jamaica Me Crazy Slaw.
