Cousin Cricket's Louisiana FireStorm Doritos Casserole
17 Oz. large bag Doritos
1Lb. lean ground beef
16 Oz. American cheese slices
16 Oz. tomato sauce
1 finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. Crazy Uncle Jester's Louisiana FireStorm
Mix together the ground beef and chopped onion. Brown in skillet until fully cooked. Add tomato sauce.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Layer Doritos on bottom, sprinkle cooked ground beef, and top with cheese. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Top with crushed Doritos.
Bake at 350 degrees F until warmed and cheese melts.
Serve with brown rice and refried beans.
