Cousin LeRoy's Kickin' Inferno Burgers
2 Lb. lean ground beef
4 Tbsp. chopped white onion
4 Tbsp. Crazy Uncle Jester's® Inferno Jelly™
Mix together the ground beef, chopped onion, and Crazy Uncle Jester's® Inferno Jelly™. Form into 8 patties.
Preheat grill and cook until juices run clear and burgers reach an internal temperature of 180 degrees F.
Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and jalapenos, on fresh kaiser rolls. For an extra kick, top with equal parts Crazy Uncle Jester's® Inferno Jelly™ and mayonaise.
Serve with a spring mix salad, sweet potato chips, and a kosher dill pickle.
