Jamaican Hellfire™ Tropical Chicken
6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 Tbsp. Crazy Uncle Jester's® Jamaican Hellfire™
Crushed pineapple, drained
Cross-cut the top of each chicken breast approximately 1/4 inch deep. Spread 1 Tbsp. Crazy Uncle Jester's® Jamaican Hellfire™ over cut surface of each chicken breast. Top each chicken breast with crushed pineapple. Wrap chicken breasts in plastic wrap and refrigerate 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Place chicken breasts cut side up in a 9" x 13" greased baking pan and bake until juices run clear and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 180 degrees F.
Serve with brown rice and grilled vegetables.
