16 Oz. Lowfat Cottage Cheese
1 C. Crazy Uncle Jester's™ Fresh Garden Salsa™
1/4 C. Kraft Miracle Whip or similar
1 cucumber, seeded and finely cubed
Cracked black pepper and salt, to taste

Mix Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Crazy Uncle Jester's™ Fresh Garden Salsa™, Miracle Whip and cucumber in a glass mixing bowl. Add cracked black pepper and salt, to taste.

Refrigerate. Serve cold
