Woody's Favorite Blazing Hot Bologna
3 inch slice of fresh country bologna
2 Tbsp. Crazy Uncle Jester's® Blazing Hot Mustard™
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 C. crushed pecans
Remove wrapper from bologna. Glaze with Crazy Uncle Jester's® Blazing Hot Mustard™. Mix together the brown sugar and crushed pecans. Coat glazed bologna with brown sugar and crushed pecan mixture.
Prehead oven to 225 degrees F.
Place bologna on its side in a glass baking dish. Bake at 225 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Slice and serve with augratin potatoes and steamed green beans.
